Dheeraj Kumar Wadhwa

Dheeraj Kumar Wadhwa is a fellow chartered accountant and a commerce graduate from Delhi University and has a rich experience of over 25+ years in this field. He is one of the managing partner of the firm at Delhi office and have immense knowledge and expertise in the field of direct and indirect taxation and handling litigation cases. He has a great exposure in dealing with the regulatory authorities of India like Income Tax Department , Central Board Of Direct Taxes etc.

Diwanshu Kumar

Diwanshu Kumar For a person who feels hard work and smart work are the two sides of the same coin and a go to man for the valuable advise at WDK & Associates is Diwanshu Kumar. Diwanshu Kumar is the founder and the managing partner of the firm since 1998 and is a professional with a experience of over 18+ years in the industry. His area of specialisation includes business advisory services and taxation consultancy. He has been a member of ICAI from 1998 and is a commerce graduate from Magadh University.

Ajay Kumar Gupta

Ajay Kumar Gupta is the founding and the managing partner of WDK & Associates , currently leading the audit team and corporate finance team of the firm. He is a commerce graduate from Magadh University and is a member of ICAI since 1998. He has served many clients in his professional career spanning over 18+ years and helped them find solutions to their problems by providing his valuable professional guidance.

Ashutosh Kumar

Ashutosh Kumar heads the Ghaziabad branch of WDK & Associates and has been associated with the firm since 2009. He holds over 9+ years of experience in the field of accounting and management of information system and internal control system. Ashutosh Kumar is a fellow chartered accountant and a commerce graduate from Magadh University.

Harish Chandra Kapoor

Harish Chandra Kapoor is a fellow chartered accountant and is an alumni of Moti Lal Nehru College, Delhi University. He has over 23 years of rich experience in the areas of corporate compliances, Audits, Budgeting, Planning & controlling, Corporate Finance &Accounts, SAP/ERP Implementations and Taxation. His area of specialisation includes business advisory services and taxation consultancy .He also has a job experience of over 18+ years and has served as the “Chief Financial Officer” of Wartsila India Ltd.

Sanjeev Kumar Sinha

Sanjeev Kumar Sinha is the Co- Head of the Gaya Branch of WDK & Associates and has been associated with the firm since 2010 and since then he has gathered immense experience in law and legal compliances of the corporates and in handling litigations cases. Sanjeev Kumar Sinha is a fellow Chartered Accountant and a law graduate from Magadh University.

Ravi Kant Verma

Ravi Kant Verma is a young associate chartered accountant and a commerce graduate from Magadh University. He has a good experience of over 6+ years in this profession. He is the Co-Head at Gaya Branch office of WDK & Associates and has a sound knowledge of various fields of corporate with his main area of specialisation being financial and corporate accounting and corporate finance.

Deepak Sharda

Deepak Sharda is a partner at WDK & Associates and an associate chartered accountant since 2011. He is currently associated with the Delhi branch of the firm and has an expertise in the field of audit and internal audit. He is also a holder of DISA qualification.

Rajat Arora

With +15 years of experience in MNC's (high end luxury, communication & consulting) in the field of Business controlling, finance & accounting, Rajat decided to venture out and start his own practice. Associated with WDK firm as a partner in 2020, providing consulting and audit services to start ups and businesses desirous of scaling up operations and build processes. He is also a holder of DISA qualification
